Last minute problems the day of a big trip, and they got me right in. They also found other issues that would have caused problems during our trip and fixed everything! My family and I cannot express how happy we are with Schwan service. Thank you.
They’re ok for an oil change but know that, if you’re going in for a tire rotation also, they’re just going to switch the front with the back tire on the same side and will not be following GMC’s vehicle manual for tire rotations. When I mentioned they’ve done this three times in a row now, I got a stock answer. When I went inside to the service department, I was assured the service manager would call me on Monday. It’s Wednesday now and I’ve had no contact from Schwan to make this right.
When my car is acting up, I call,..can always get in within a few days, & they give focused attention to details, have been shuttled to where I need to be,& I am always treated well. Kudos!
Understood the problem. Gave me an appointment for the next morning. Took the vehicle in 5 minutes early and fixed the problem in less than 1 hour. Keith did a great job for me.
I must say it's one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. No pressure, no rush, honest enough and they have this lifetime warranty deal that's awesome!
