My husband and I made an appointment with Becky to find a vehicle. She was very knowledgeable about the vehicles we were looking at. We were debating between two vehicles and she worked out pros and cons with us, and suggested we take a break and get lunch to recollect and to come back later. When we were leaving, she said to call her with any questions we have and that she would try to contact the previous owner of one of the vehicles to get more info for us. She did retrieve more information and did not pressure us ever, not once! She made a stressful situation(my vehicle got totaled and I had to buy a different one ASAP) a lot easier on my family and I, and I would recommend Kupper Subaru and Becky to anyone!
I just purchased my new Subaru by phone. I was very impressed with the dealers ability to work with me over the phone versus being there in person. It took a few calls in our bargaining but they came up with the price I was acceptable to. This is my second Subaru car I have purchased from Kupper and have been very satisfied with the service they have provided me.
My service here is always professional and fast. I was particularly impressed with my most recent experience however. Since I live about 3 hours from here, I always try to schedule multiple appointments in Bismarck and complete different errands. Upon arriving to town I had 3 engine lights turn on. I figured I better take my Forester right to the shop and see if they could possibly look into that on top of my already scheduled oil change/ tire rotate. My service advisor, Marvin, was quick to assure me they would take care of it and he had a shuttle take me to my appointments. Talk about service!
Outstanding service!!! Not only did I get the vehicle I wanted, I got the best customer service ever. They actually stayed late to process all the paperwork for. The best part was I was able to buy my car from a true dolphins fan. Super nice experience!!! I will continue to buy my cars and receive service from the best Subaru dealership in ND. Thanks Matt!
