I just got my KIA out the shop. I will never return my KIA to this shop EVERY AGAIN it was a nightmare.. Jenna was no help and kept giving me the run around about when my vehicle will be complete everything about this KIA shop was not right!!!
Bill Barth's Kia Service department is exceptional! I had to have my Kia Sportage towed there and they found the problem right away and it stemmed back to the dealer in Colorado I had purchased it from. Axel was a tremendous help and we were able to get the Kia dealer in Colorado to pay for the repairs because it was their negligence. Axel also went for a test drive in my vehicle with me because I had some concerns from what had happened before I brought it to them. Everything was good as new, and they put my mind at ease! If I stay in North Dakota I will definitely be taking my vehicle back to Bill Barth Kia to be serviced.
I loved my Sorento but decided it was time for a trade. We settled on a Sportage and I love it. I can say nothing but good for all my experiences with Bill Barth. They are always friendly and courteous.
Worst experience at a car dealership I have ever had. We were preapproved from Kia themselves and the dealerahip was the least bit helpful after we were told via phone calls from them they would do what they needed to get us the price range we needed. I was in tears by the time we left from the finace guy being so rude and telling us there wasnt anyone that would approve us. By the time we drove from Madan to Dickinson we had two car deals in the price range we needed from Dennis Dillon Kia in Boise, Idaho. The next weekend we drove to Idaho to pick up my new car and refinace our current Kia lease. I will never go back to this place.
