Quick in and out and good service. No complaints.
Not even 20 minutes ago I ordered the chicken strip lunch box and my fiancé got some other items the girl who took our order was COMPLETELY incompetent, she didn't know a blizzard from a sundae, once I got my order I set it down on the seat and we drove home. When I got home I opened my box and there was GRAVY EVERYWHERE, I don't remember ordering gravy with it, and why was there not a lid on it? Are you stupid or something!?! If the girl who didn't work there it would be nice.
Always get great service.. Food is always fresh and hot when we get it as well
I do want to say that the customer service at the Mandan dairy queen is always excellent. The employees are always friendly and bring your food right to your table. However, the drive through is usually painfully slow and I am increasingly disappointed with the blizzards. I always ask for "double" the stuff in my blizzard and this last time was quite terrible. On the bottom half of the blizzard, there was only ice cream -- no attributes. And there wasn't anywhere close to double on the top. When I'm paying almost $2.00 extra to specifically have those extra ingredients, I should get them. I recently ate at one of the Bismarck dairy queens and they know how to get a blizzard right over there. So I am disappointed the Mandan location and how skimpy they are with their blizzard ingredients. (This is not the first time it's happened.) Unfortunately, I will start making the extra drive over to Bismarck when I'm craving a blizzard.
