Consistently bad....all the way around. Length on time of wait 12-15 minutes. Thats no exaggeration.
Had two whoppers today through a buy one get one free coupon. Lady at the counter was impatient and rude even when they weren't busy. Burgers came out quickly but were cold, which leads me to believe that they were sitting out for a while before I got them. Burgers were paper thin with overpowering onions and not much else except a burnt taste. Two stars because the food is cheap, but you'd be better off going to DQ for a burger.
By far, the filthiest restaurant I have visited in quite some time. It was 8 AM Sunday morning and there were fries on the floor from the previous day. Most of the tables were dirty even though nobody was in the restaurant except workers. That tells me that at least two shifts of workers didn't care about cleanliness. The tray they gave me had paper on it and the food was wrapped, but the tray itself was covered in grease and ketchup. I had to wash my hands after getting rid of the tray. Horrible experience. Last visit.
Sometimes the food is terrible and cold, but sometimes its OK. Sometimes the employees at the counter don't know what they are doing and screw my order up. They put in a new soda machine and only 1. Meaning there is ALWAYS a line. All it does is spread germs, because it is not the old fashioned and simple kind, its a new touch screen complicated kind. You have to push this and touch that. And when the soda comes out it splashes all over my shirt and cup, so you have to wipe it off every time you are done filling. I'm starting to get a soar throat now. Thanks a lot new germ spreader. That thing sucks. Go back to the old way that is simple, efficient, and doesn't cause people to get sick.
Please to eat when you're in a hurry they got good service they got good food they got to drive through few other interesting points but yes I would recommend it if you're in a hurry
