This place is so unbelievably rube and scam happy, I hate to begin. They jack up your rent frequently, and charge you a water surcharge, so even if you don't use a drop of water, you still have to pay $25 just for having the option available. When a relative of mine who lived here passed away, we sold the trailer to the owner of the court (who we had a very difficult time contacting because phone numbers were nearly non existent), and he gave us a measly $500 for it. For some reason after that, we kept finding monthly bills hanging on the door of my relative's trailer, which we were forced to pay, even though we didn't own the trailer, and nobody lived in it. The owner of the court ended up getting the trailer for free, AND making a profit off of us because the bills we had to pay added up to $750. Awhile later the court owner posted an add online asking for someone to pay $500 for the trailer, and require them to spend $5,000 on repairs to fix it up, meaning the new buyer would just be spending $5,500, and end up paying months of rent while fixing the place up, which was a total scam. Not to mention that almost the entire trailer court is filled with rude people, trailers and roads that are falling apart, and a crook that keeps getting who knows how much in rent every month.
