I would gladly pay another company more money for piece of mind that I can trust the staff and service.
Several packages have been lost, stolen, incorrectly delivered to another person or simply delayed for days in the transit from Bismarck to Mandan. The post master is clueless and is incapable of leading and enforcing rules with his drivers.
They came to my home after hours to move my package into a different parcel locker because the other one that the package had a broken lock out of nowhere. I have never seen any business do such a think, I called at 4:55pm and she made time to fix my issue. Thank you so much!!!!!
Worst post office! The postmaster is an idiot!
Terrible Customer Service, allows vehicles to block mailboxes as long as your friends with the delivery driver. Inconsistent delivery times, most people work until 17:00 and are unable to pickup packages that require a signature maybe you should allow indirect signatures like any other delivery company.
It's been a good experience with then so far :)
Lost mail, mishandled mail, sent to the wrong house, never on time, but there answer is they don't care.
They stopped delivering my mail because the postal carrier person finds it inconvenient to open the door to my business and hand me the mail. I installed a mail box per the postmasters instructions, yet in several weeks I have not had one piece of mail delivered. I physically went to the post office and descibed the problem to the post master. I still have not received any mail. I phoned and let it ring for 15 minutes straight, but no one answered. I realize they must be busy, but this is ridiculous.
