Very friendly and helpful staff. They helped me find the perfect size package for my shipment, even gave me a plastic bag to use so the books I sent didn't get wet. They gave me the prices for all shipping services, including USPS and a local Speedy Delivery and let me choose based on speed and price. I dropped my package at 4pm and it arrived at its location the next day. They also sent me a tracking number via email. Very pleased.
