The view out over the city was beautiful. The staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are really nice, breakfast had a lot of options. We will for sure be staying here again , when we are in town or passing through.
The front desk was great, called in and let them know we would be checking in late and they had no problem with that. The housekeeping on the other hand really wanted us out of there. Check out was at 11 and we kept getting knocks on out door before 10 all the way up to 11. The do not disturb sign didn't help one bit
I called to see if they had any rooms available while driving on our way there. A man with a thick accent answered and said there was only one room left and I needed to use my credit card to reserve it. When I told him I was driving and would be there in 5 minutes, he said it was busy and there were people walking in the door. I handed the phone to my son to give him the credit card number and AAA number. He was very hard to understand and it was extremely frustrating. When I got to the hotel it was empty and a girl was the only one at the front desk. She said they use an answering service...so the man lied! They had plenty of rooms available, she apologized for my frustration and was very sweet. The room was very nice, beds were comfy. I didn't get any sleep because the black out curtains were just for looks (didn't close) and there was a street light shining right in my eyes all night. Breakfast was great, room was clean. Probably wouldn't stay there again because of the streetlight/curtain situation.
The service is Fast, simple,and easy when you have made a reservation. It makes things that much smoother. So come an enjoy your Stay.
So far this has been the best hotel I have stayed in, and I pretty much live on the road, excellent breakfast, big clean rooms, excellent staff, big parking lot, and they serve an afternoon snack, Awesome!!! PS Walmart is within walking distance... (Not like I did it, but maybe you will, good luck!)
