What a great job was done on our carpets. honestly he got two year old coffee stains out. So vey nice to have clean carpets again......I would recommend them to anyone.

Scheduled a couch & loveseat cleaning, told them the solution code was S when I booked, they arrived the morning of (10 min early-RUDE) and then proceeded to tell me he (owner Clayton) wouldn't clean them because the code is S and he wanted to used a water based cleaning solution. I told him I had used a water based solution before and that would be OK with me. He said he didn't want to buy me a new couch if it didn't work. I offered to sign a waiver, stating that if it didn't work I wouldn't hold him responsible. I still have couches that need to be cleaned.
