CrossFit Mandan is awesome! Everybody there has been so welcoming, and Kat is such a great coach! I was worried I wouldn't be "fit" enough to do CrossFit but soon learned that was a huge misconception. Kat does an awesome job of recognizing my current ability level and still pushing me each day. The facility itself and the equipment is always very clean! I highly recommend this place to anybody wanting to try CrossFit or even people just looking for a place to workout while in town visiting!
