I had called every were in town and i mean every were . just needed to talk to a tec to ask a question about my thermostat . no one want to talk to me with out sending some one over and charge me for coming over, I then called Mark's Heating & Cooling after calling every body else in mandan and Bismarck, I asked if I could speak with a tec . The Secretary then got the tec named Jordan on the phone who was able to answer my question right away . My family and I say thank for helping out in these beginning of cold months,

My heater was running constantly would not shut off. I called Mark and set up and appointment that worked with my schedule. He was on time and fixed it within an hour. Very nice gentleman and professional. Would recommend them to anyone.
I hired them to install a new furnace 4 years ago and I haven't had a single problem. I bought a new shop condo that needs a furnace so I had to look them up to get another furnace installed and figured I should leave a review about how great they were on my first install!
