They got the cigarette smell out of our van with no trace of it ever being there. Excellent service & very nice people.
I got a full Interior detail for an SUV and While they did do a great job of the actual detail work but I feel way too many items where missing when I got the car back. I had a pack of cigarettes missing, a book of stamps. I blame myself on the book of stamps missing, but the pack of cigarettes that was on them. They even threw away the owners manual. They did leave the DVD player headsets though and a watch for me. So if you don't want things thrown away remove them before you get a detail here.
