This bookstore is crazy fun. Books everywhere, nothing is sleek and pretentious. It's the quintessential used bookstore of any bibliophile's dream. It's packed from floor to ceiling with the oddest collection of books and materials, and the proprietor is amazingly able to point you in the right direction. It's like a little adventure.
I really enjoyed exploring through this store. Walking through these aisles feels like being in an entirely different world. I do think they could stand to go through and weed out some of the material to make it easier to see what they have, as there are many books buried behind other stacks which can't be seen. However, I thoroughly enjoyed this place. The owner was extremely helpful and friendly. I will certainly be back again.
Entering this magical kingdom, initially your breath is lost at the remarkable sight of every room overflowing with books. It takes a while to realize that you're still in the real world as you walk past the towers of stories and through the caverns of novels, but it tickles the soul to come back to the reality and realize that this fantastical treasure perseveres even while you know you're not dreaming. This store offers a wealth of literature full of character and intrigue that had me captivated for over three hours the first time I visited years ago. Explore this building and even if you don't buy anything you'll leave with the experience.
THEY ARE NEVER OPEN. Even during their listed business hours, the doors are locked and nobody is there. I have been trying to make a trip here for about 6 months now, and have never been able to catch them while they're open. Nobody answers the phone, and leaving a message is not an option, because the voicemail box is always full. Incredibly unprofessional, and such a shame, because the inside looks like magic.
